MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />SEPTEMBER 22, 2004 <br />the easy edge of his property. DeBenedet replied that drainage would run <br />along the common lot line and into the County Road B-2 pond. Grading <br />would be such that the existing trees would be saved; therefore, the <br />existing drainage patterns would stay essentially the same. <br />The City Engineer reported that the pond he has proposed along County <br />Road B-Z would have a maximum depth of 6 feet and will be a wet pond. <br />The pond would only rise to the level of the green area shown on the <br />diagram during a 700-year event. <br />There was no one else present from the general public wishing to <br />co~mnent on this matter. <br />Upon motion by hahey, seconded by LaValle, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOI,UTFONNO. 2004-9-223 -APPROVING THE PRE]IMINARY <br />P] ~] T FOR GERVALS FIILI_S 73ASED ON THE DISCUSSION THIS <br />EVENING AND REPRESENTATIONS OF THE DEVEI OPER TO <br />FNCREASE GUI -DE-SAC I ENGTH TO PROVIDE ADEQUATE <br />PONDFNG ALONG COUNTY ROAD 73-2 AS PROPOSED 73Y THE <br />CITY ENGINEER WHILE STI77.
