Resolution declared adopted. <br />CU,P FOR Fahey opened the Public Hearing to consider a Conditional Use Permit <br />GARAGU - for a second garage as well as total garage space over ],000 square feet <br />3091 ARCADE for 3091 Arcade Street as requested by Tim and 'Lisa Daly. It was notes <br />STREET - that the City Planner and the Planning Commission have recommended <br />JIM DALY approval of the CUP. The Planning Commission recommended the <br />elimination of the requirement that the siding for Che garage match the <br />existing house. <br />The Council discussed the proposal that the second garage have cedar <br />siding, noting that the garage would then blend in with the adjacent <br />wooded area. The Council was agreeable to allowing the cedar siding. <br />There was uo one from the general public present wishing to comment on <br />this matter. <br />
