MINIIT~S <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />ST!;PTIMB;CR 22, 2004 <br />Upon motion by LaValle, seconded by Montour, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2004-9-220-APPROVING THE CONDITIONAL <br />USE PERMIT ALLOWING TWO GARAGES ONA PROPERTY, ONE <br />DETACHED AND ONE ATTACHED, AS WELT. AS TOTAL GARAGE <br />.SPACE OVER 1, 000 SQUARE FEET FOR 3091 ARCADE STREET <br />AS REQUESTED BY .IIM AND 7.IS'A DAI_Y SUBJECT TO <br />COMPLIANCE WITH THE RF.COMMENDAlIONS OF THE CITY <br />PLANNER AS OUTLINED IN HIS SEPTEMBER Y, 2004 REPORT <br />EXCEPT THAT CEDAR SIDING WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE <br />.SECOND GARAGE GIVEN THAT THE STRUCTURE WIL7, <br />BETTER l37 END INTO THE SURROUNDING AREA <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Montour, Allan, Fahey, Blesener. <br />Nays(0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />PROPERTY I'ahey opened the Public Hearing to consider the request to subdivide a <br />DIVISION - property into three single-family lots for 469 LaBore Road as requested <br />AG9 .LAI3OR1 by Greg Stark It was noted that the City Planner and Planning <br />ROAD - Commission have recommended approval. <br />GREG STARK <br />The City Planner indicated that the applicant has requested that the lot <br />lines be adjusted slightly from the proposal presented to the Planning <br />Commission. All lots will meet and exceed the City's mininwm <br />requirements, but the corner lot will be slightly wider which will provide <br />more room to deal with the City's 30-foot side yard setback requirement <br />relative to corner lots. <br />Stark indicated that he will be closing on the property on September 28'x' <br />and the existing house will be removed approximately one week after that <br />date. <br />There was no one from the general public present wishing to comment on <br />this matter. <br />Upon motion by 131esener, seconded by LaValle, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />Mr. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoptiou: <br />4 <br />
