It was noted that the Planning Commission has
recommended approval of the Preliminary Plat at their July 8, 2004
meeting subject to several conditions.
The City Administrator indicated that the Watershed has not yet acted on
the grading plan for the Gervais Hills development. The developer missed
the deadline for the Watershed's September meeting. The Watershed
Board's next meeting is October 6°i. The Administrator noted, however,
that Watershed staff will be recommending approval of the grading plan to
its board. The Administrator felt that it was important that the Watershed
act on the Preliminary Plat prior to Council action.
