MTNUT.ES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />OCTOBER 13, 2004 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, LaValle, Montour, Fahey, Allan. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />MCES The City Administrator reported that as the result of the Unweave the <br />INTERCEPTOR Weave project, Metropolitan Council Environmental Services needs <br />EASEMENT to relocate its interceptor to a new alignment near the Public Works <br />ACQUISITION Garage. Therefore, Met Council is seeking an easement from the City. <br />Blesener asked if this easement will impact the value of the Public Works <br />propel ty. T'he City Administrator did not believe so. The City <br />Administrator noted the conditions that he is reconvnending relative to <br />this easement as outlined in his report dated October 8, 2004. The <br />Administrator suggested that the easement documents be redrafted to <br />reflect these conditions and that the redrafted documents be brought back <br />to the Council at a future meeting. <br />FORBES LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />PROPER`T'Y <br />DIVISION - RESOI UT/ON NO. 2004-] 0-247 - GRANTING A S1X-MONTH <br />SIX-MONT13 EXTENTION FOR THE FOR73IiS PROPERTY DIVISION FOR <br />EXTENTION PROPERTYAT G07 FAST COUNTY ROAD B-2 AS <br />RECOMMENDED 13Y CITY STAFF <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montow~. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Montour, Blesener, Fahey, Allan. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />OLD FIRE The Council noted the recent complaint received relative to the City's <br />HALL rental of the Old ,Fire Hall until 2 am. Based on that complaint, City <br />RENTALS staff has taken a look at rental conditions, and submitted changes for the <br />Council's action. It was noted that the rental time proposed is 12 <br />Midnight with up to one hour after for hall cleaning. Other changes <br />include such items as prohibiting outdoor activities after 9 p.m. <br />Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RE.SOI,UTION NO. 21104-70-2A8 -APPROVING THB CHANGES TO <br />THE OLD F7RE HAL/.
