MTNU'CES O[ TI3G R>/GUI:~AR M:IJIJTING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTT-,E CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />OC'T'OBER 27, 2004 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was caivened on the 13th day of <br />October, 2004 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Michael I. Steve Grittman <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />MINUTES Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESO7 UTION NO. 2004-7 0-254 -APPROVING TILE MINUTES OF <br />THE OCT073ER I3, 2004 WORKSHOP COUNCIL ML'ETING, AND <br />THE OCT013ER 13, 2004 REGUI AR COUNCIL MEETING, AND <br />TFIE OCT013ER 20, 2004SPECIAI. COUNC7]_ MEETING AS <br />SU73MITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by AIIan. <br />Ayes (S) Montour, Blesener, Allan, Fahey, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />AMENDMENT Mayor Fahey opened the Public Hearing to consider an Amendment to <br />TO PUD - Planned Unit Development to allow additional directional signage in <br />55 COUNTY excess of what was allowed initially in the PUD for Shurgard Self <br />ROAD BEAST- Storage located at 55 County Road B East It was noted that the City <br />SIIURGARD Planner and Planning Commission have recoimnended approval. <br />SELF STORAGE <br />Mile Justal<, Shurgard Self Storage, indicated that the additional <br />directional signage is needed to direct people to Hie office area. He noted <br />that with the addition of this signage, the total signage is still below the <br />maximum allowed under the ordinance. <br />
