MINUTES CITY COUNCIL OCTOBER 27, 2004 fall and the property dormant seeded. The Administrator noted that the City Attorney and the developers attorney have suggested some minor changes to the grading agreement. He would recommend approval subject to the City Attorney's approval. John Whitcomb indicated that he did submit a plan that showed the cul-de- sac moved 60 feet to the south. However, the results were that the proposed lots were narrowed which would result in the fi'ontages of the homes having the appearance of being all garage. Therefore, the proposal is to move the cul-de-sac 40 feet to the south so that the lots have adequate width so that the frontages of the houses are more aesthetically pleasing. Whitcomb indicated that he just wanted the Council to be aware of this and that the plan he is asking for moves the cul-de-sac 40 feet south rather than 60 feet. Fahey indicated that given the developers reasonable effort in expanding ponding on this property, he was in support of the cul-de-sac being moved 40 feet to the south.
