Ayes (5) LaValle, Fahey, Montow-, Allan, Blesener. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. The City Administrator noted that a utility easement is necessary across a portion of the City's property at Little Canada Road and Middle Street to serve the new 26,000 square foot convnercial building that Sherman Associates will be constructing. The Administrator noted that ultimately the developer will own the property; however, the easement is needed at this time to enable construction of the utility lines that will serve the building. The City Administrator reported that the EDA also needs to act on a Certificate of Completion and Release for The Villas relative to the construction of minimum improvements.
