MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />NOVEMBER 24, 2004 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, LaValle, Montour, Allan. Fahey. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOI_DT10N NO. 2004-II-11 -ADJOURNING THE ECONOMIC <br />DEVELOPMENT A UTHORlTY MEETING AND RECONVENING <br />THE CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, LaValle, Allan, Fahey, Montour. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />COUNTY The Council reviewed the letter received from property owners along <br />ROAD B-2 County Road B-2 between Edgerton Street and Arcade Street relative to <br />SPEED their concerns about excessive speeding and lack of enforcement. The <br />COMPLAINT property owners are also requesting athree-way stop sign be installed at <br />County Road B-2 and Greenbrier Circle to slow down traffic. <br />Fahey noted that the Sheriff's Department has reviewed the area and does <br />not recommend the installation of a three-way stop.
