MINUTES OT THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />DECEIVII3ER 15, 2004 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 15th day of <br />December, 2004 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at <br />515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Ivlichael I. Tom Sweeney <br />Mr. Steve Grittman <br />Mr. Brandon Rickert <br />Ms. Kathy Crlanzer <br />MINUTES Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />REb'O7, UTION NO. 2004-T 2-299 -APPROVING TAE MINUTES OF <br />TAE NOVEMBER 24, 2004 WORKSHOP COUNCIL MEETING, TAE <br />NOVEMBER 24, 2004 REGULAR COUNCl7, TAE DECEMBER G, <br />2004 TRUTHIN 1'~a'ATIONMEETING, AND THE DECEMBER X, <br />2004 WORIf.SHOP MEETING AS SU73MITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5) Montour, LaValle, Fahey, Allan, Blesener. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />MAYOR FAH,EY Noting that this was his last regular as Mayor of the City of Little Canada, <br />Mayor Fahey thanked the citizens of 1.~ittle Canada for the honor and <br />privilege as serving as both a Council Member and as Mayor. He <br />indicated that he appreciated the opportunity to be of service to the <br />community. Fahey thanked the City Administrator and City staff fa' their <br />assistance iu making the job of the Cow~cil easier. He also thanked all the <br />individuals that he has served with on the council, noting that it has been a <br />pleasure to work with each and every one. Fahey commended the current <br />and past Cowicils for their focus in making Little Canada a better <br />
