MINUTES CITY COUNCIL DECEMBER 15, 2004 The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. Ayes (5) :LaValle, Montour, Allan, Fahey,Blesener. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. COUNCIL Mayor Fahey reported that six people have applied for the City Council VACANCY vacancy. Those individuals are H. Lee Holden, Katie Socha, Jeffrey Groves, Bernard C. Menge, Gary 7. Rheaume, and John T. Keis. Fahey reported that a letter of support was received for one individual who did not submit a letter of interest for the vacancy. After some discussion, the consensus of the Council was that each Council Member would rate the applicants, those ratings would be compiled by the City Administrator, and the three applicants with the highest ratings would be interviewed by the Council on Wednesday, January 5°i. It was also noted that if a tied ranking necessitated, four applicants would be interviewed. The City /administrator stated that he would prepare a draft list of interview questions for the Council's review and comments within the next week..
