MINUTES CITY COUNCIL DECEMBER I5, 2004 The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Bleseuer. Ayes (5) Fahey, 'Bleseuer, Montour, LaValle, Allan. Nays(0). Resolution declared adopted. PLANNING The Council noted that there are two vacancies on the Planning COMMISSION Commission commencing January 1, 2005. Applications were received from Dan Knudsen and Tom Duray for reappointment to the Commission. No other applications were received. Mr. Bleseuer introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RE.SO7, UTION NO. 2II04-] 2-314 - APPOINTING DAN KNUDSEN AND TOM DURAY TO THE PLANNING COMMLSSION FOR T/JRLiE 3'EAR TERMS COMMENCING JANUARI' 1, 2005 The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. Ayes (5) Bleseuer, LaValle, Fahey, Montour, Allan. Nays(0). Resolution declared adopted. PARKS & Council noted that there are four vacancies on the Parks & Recreation RECI2h.ATION Convnission commencing January 1, 2005. One vacancy is for aone- COMMISSION year term and the other three are for three-year terms. Applications for reappointment to the Commission have been received from Ginger Sackett-Glaser, Kevin Steinert, and Jim Broten. An application has also been received from Tony Mans. Jim Broten has requested appointment to the one-year term. Bleseuer repo»ed that he has known 'T'ony Mans for a number of years, and he bas been a very active member of St. John's. ,Bleseuer felt that Mr. Mans would be a strong member of the Commission.
