MINUTES OF TIIE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />JANUARY 22, 2003 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 22nd day of <br />January, 2003 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Michael I. Hanson <br />Mr. Tom Sweeney <br />Mr. Steve Grittman <br />Mr. Jeremy Brodin <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />MINUTES Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESO] UTION NO. 2003-1-1 X -APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />TIIE JANUARY X, 2003 WORKSHOP MEETING AND THE <br />JANUARY 8, 2003 REGULAR MEETING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Blesener, Fahey, Montour, Anderson. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />KATHY Mayor Fahey welcomed I{athy Weihe as a new member of the Planning <br />WEIHE Commission, and presented her with a Certificate of Appointment. <br />AMEND CUP - Mayor Fahey opened the Public Hearing to consider amending the <br />2900 RICE Conditional Use Permit to allow the relocation of a flower/garden mart <br />STREET - at the Market Place Shopping Center as requested by Cinder's <br />CINDER'S Greenhouses. The relocation is necessary given that the new Snyder's <br /> store is now occupying the area where Cinder's previously set up their <br />
