These changes are consistent with similar ordinances in <br />other cities. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following ordinance and moved its adoption: <br />ORDINANCE NO. 543 - AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION <br />2001 OF THE MUNICIPAL. CODE OF THE CITY OF LITTLE <br />CANADA RELATING TO THE ADOPTION BY REFERENCE OF <br />THE MINNESOTA UNIFORM FIRE CODE AND ADDING <br />SECTION 2002 OF TLIE MUNICIPAL. CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />LITTLE CANADA REGULATING RECREATIONAL FIRES <br />The foregoing ordinance was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Montour, Anderson, Fahey, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />MARKET The City Administrator noted that prior to its regular meeting, the City <br />PLACE DRIVE Council held a workshop meeting to review various streetscape amenities <br />STREETSCAPE for Market Place Drive. The consensus at the workshop was to bid <br />AMENITIES concrete sidewalks with stamped, colored concrete as an alternate, as well <br />as to investigate lighting alternatives. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2003-3-59 -AUTHORIZING TLIE CITY <br />ENGINEER TO PREPARE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS ON THE <br />MARKET PLACE DRIVE STREE'1'SCAPE AMENITIES AS <br />DISCUSb`ED AND CALLING FOI2 I37DS ON THESE <br />IMPROVEMENTS" <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, LaValle, Montow, Anderson, Fahey. <br />Nays (0).
