MINUTES OF THE R>;GULAR M>/ETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLIJ CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City ` <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 9th day of <br />April, 2003 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />APRIL 9, 2003 <br />Mayor Michael I. Fahey called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: <br />Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Mr. Michael I. Fahey <br />Mr. Matt Anderson <br />Mr. Bill Blesener <br />Mr. Jim LaValle <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />ALSO PRESENT <br />City Administrator <br />City Attorney <br />Cable TV Producer <br />Deputy Clerk <br />Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />Mr. Tom Sweeney <br />Mr. Jeremy Brodin <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />MINUTES Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2003-4-73 -APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE MARCH 26, 2003 WORKSHOP COUNCIL MEETING AND THE <br />MARCH 26, 2003 REGU7 AR COUNCIL, MEETING AS SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Fahey, Blesener, Montour, Anderson. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />W>JLCOME Mayor Fahey welcomed Boy Scout Tim I'icha from Troup 462 who is <br />present this evening to observe the City Council meeting. <br />Mayor Fahey also welcomed a College of St. Thomas journalism class <br />present this evening as a writing workshop for the class. <br />ARBOR DAY Mayor Fahey proclaimed Friday, April 25'x', as Arbor Day in Little Canada <br />and May as .Srbor Month. He also invited the public to the City's Arbor <br />Day celebration to be held in Pioneer Parl< on Friday, Apri] 25°i, at I p.m. <br />
