Road in said City. <br />MA]' 28, 2003 <br />Mayor Michael I. Joel R. Hanson <br />Mr. Tom Sweeney <br />Mr. Jeremy Brodin <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resohrtion and moved its adoption: <br />RE.S`07. UTION NO. 2003-5-105 - APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />TI-!E MAl' I4, 2003 REGUI A12 COUNCIL. MF,ETING AS <br />.SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Fahey, Blesener, Montour, Anderson. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mayor Fahey opened the Public 1learing to consider an application for a <br />Variance to allow the encroachment of a six-foot high fence into the front <br />yard setback as requested by Karen Drummer for 3020 Rice Street. It was <br />noted that both the City Planner and the Planning Commission have <br />recommended denial of the request as there is no hardship present to <br />warrant a variance. <br />Karen Drummer appeared before the Council and indicated that she would <br />like to fence an area extending 32-feet from the front of her house with a <br />
