MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />Cl'TY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />JUNE 24, 2003 <br />I?ursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 23rd day of <br />June, 2003 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Michael I. Fahey called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at troll call: <br />CITY COUN~CI'L: <br />Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Mr. Michael L Pahey <br />Mr. Matt Anderson <br />Mr. Bill Blesener <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />ABSI/NT <br />ALSO PRESI/NT: <br />Council Member <br />City Administrator <br />City Attorney <br />City Planner <br />Cable TV Producer <br />Deputy Clerk <br />Mr. Jim LaVallc <br />Mr. Joel R. Alan Brixius <br />Mr. Jeremy Brodie <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />MINUTES Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RES'O7, UTION NO. 2003-G-127 -APPRO vING TILE MINUTES OF <br />'1'HE .IUNE 11, 2003 REGULAR COUNCIL. MEETING AND TILE <br />.IUNE 11, 2003 CLO.SL'D COUNCIL MEETTNGASSUI3MITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montow-. <br />Ayes (4) Fahey, Blesener, Montour, Anderson. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CUI' - Mayor Pahey opened the Public Hearing to consider a request for a <br />2900 RICE Conditional Use Permit to allow the outdoor sales of produce in the <br />STREET - Market Place Shopping Center parking lot as requested by Mr. 'Ed <br />ED S'TATKI Staflci. Tt was noted that the City Planner and the Planning Commission <br />have recommended approval subject to compliance with the conditions <br />outlined in the City Planner's report of Jwre 4, 2003. <br />
