The Administrator felt the Code Enforcement Officer has done an <br />excellent job to resolve the issues with the operation of this business. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2003-8-192 -DENYING THE REQUEST FOR <br />AMENDMENT TO A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR <br />EXPANSION OFA CAR RENTAL BUSINESS TO INCLUDE <br />RENTAL OF RECREATIONAL VEHICLES AS REQUESTED BY U- <br />SAVE AUTO RENTAL, BASED ON THE RECOMMENDATION OF <br />THE PLANNING COMMISSION, AND GRANTING U-SAVE AUTO <br />RENTAL. A 60-DAY TIME PERIOD FOR REMOVAL OF THE <br />RECREATIONAL.
