Resolution declared adopted. <br />UNWEAVE The Council reviewed staff's recommendation relative to noise walls <br />THE proposed as part of the Unweave the Weave project. Council was <br />WEAVE agreeable with the modifications proposed by staff. <br />With regard to traffic mitigation issues, the City Administrator pointed out <br />that MN DOT is considering reconstruction of the Rice Street bridge over <br />694 at the same time as construction of the Unweave the Weave project <br />takes place. The Administrator pointed out that this will have a very <br />negative impact on traffic traveling through the City. His <br />recommendation was to request that MN DOT either reconstruct the <br />bridge prior to Unweave the Weave, or wait until that project is <br />completed. <br />The Administrator pointed out that as part of the Unweave the Weave <br />project, there will be some cooperative drainage improvements done with <br />some minor cost to the City. One of these will include the directing of <br />water from County Road D and Maple Leaf Court to the freeway rather <br />than into the drainage system that flows into the Sculley property. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />23 <br />
