MINUTES CITY COUNCIL SEPTEMBER 24, 2003 hooks up before the loop is completed. The Administrator felt that due to the condition of the road, the property owners in the Twin Lake area may be interested in proceeding with the watermain improvement next year, even if the line is not looped. Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOL UTION NO. 2003-9-220 - APROVING TIIE IIAMEI. ESTATES DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT AS PROPOSED I3Y THE CITYADMINISTRATOR SUBJECT TO REVIEWAND APPROVAL I3Y THE CITYATTORNEYANDAUTHORlZING TIIE MAYOR AND CITYADMINISTRATOR TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. Ayes (5) LaValle, Blesener, Montour, Anderson, Fahey. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. 2003 Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS RESOL UTION NO. 2003-9-221 - DEC1 ARING COSTS, ORDERING PREPARATION OF ASSESSMENT ROLL, AND CALLING FOR ASSESSMENT HEARINGS FOR WEDNESDAY, OCT013ER 15, 2003 FOR THE FOLLOWING PROJECTS` AS RECOMMENDED I3Y THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR: MARKET PLACE DRIVE RYAN DRIVE SEXTANT STREET STARK AVENUE The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. JACKSON The Council reviewed the petition received from some of the property STREET owners abutting the pathway improvement proposed along Jackson Street PATHWAY north ofRondeau Park in opposition of this improvement. IMPROVEMENT Mr. Francis Tomaszewski, 2872 Jackson Street, indicated that it is his understanding that the Jackson Street path will be constructed within the next couple of weeks. Tomaszewski asked if the property owners would be assessed for the path improvement and who would be responsible for maintenance. Fahey replied that there will be no assessment for the path
