Resolution declared adopted. <br />JACKSON The Council reviewed the petition received from some of the property <br />STREET owners abutting the pathway improvement proposed along Jackson Street <br />PATHWAY north ofRondeau Park in opposition of this improvement. <br />IMPROVEMENT <br />Mr. Francis Tomaszewski, 2872 Jackson Street, indicated that it is his <br />understanding that the Jackson Street path will be constructed within the <br />next couple of weeks. Tomaszewski asked if the property owners would <br />be assessed for the path improvement and who would be responsible for <br />maintenance. Fahey replied that there will be no assessment for the path <br />
