MINUTES CITY COUNCIL NOVEMBI/R 3, 2003 Montour noted that the pool already exists. Montour indicated that he had no objections to the CUP request. Pechmann noted that he needs the additional garage space in order to store vehicles and lawn equipment. He also pointed out that layout of the proposed new garage has the garage doors facing to the side. Therefore, the garage space is not obvious from the front view of the property. There were no other comments from the general public present relative to this matter. Upon motion by Montour, seconded by Blesener, the public hearing was closed. Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 2003-11-252 -APPROVING THE CONDITIONAI. USE PERMIT AI LOWING AN ATTACHED AND A DETACIIED GARAGE AS WELL AS TOTAL GARAGE SPACE OF APPROXIMATELY 1,200 SQUARE FEET FOR 735 KELLER PARKWA Y AS REQUESTED 73Y CHARLES AND ANNE PECHMANN SUI3.lECT TO TIIE EXTERIOR OF THE EXISTING GARAGE ]3EING REFACED TO MATCH THE NEW GARAGE The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Anderson. Ayes (4) 'Blesener, Anderson, Montour, LaValle. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. 2 A.M. BAR The Council reviewed applications for the optional 2 a.m. Bar Closing CLOSING Licenses submitted by Hoggsbreath, Brady's, and Gordies'. It was noted LICENSES the City's ordinance allowing for the 2 a.m. closing time becomes effective upon publication.
