MINUTES CITY COUNCIL NOVEMBER 12, 2003 The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. Ayes (4) Blesener, Montour, LaValle, Anderson. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. RIGHT-OF- The Public Works Director reviewed a proposed telecommunications WAY right-of--way agreement with St. Jude Medical that will allow them AGREEMENT- to connect their two Little Canada facilities with fiber optic cable. ST. JUDE The cable will be run within the City's rights-of--way as well as under MEDICAL Highway 36. The Director reported that St. Jude will have a company that will respond to Gopher One locates for this cable. Anderson recommended a wording change on page 3, paragraph (c) of the agreement to ensure that that cable is an underground location only. He also recommended a change in paragraph (f) that requires St Jude to "designate" a person to be familiar with the facilities and responsible for satisfying information needs.
