MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />NOVEMBER 12, 2003 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (4) Blesener, Montour, LaValle, Anderson. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />RIGHT-OF- The Public Works Director reviewed a proposed telecommunications <br />WAY right-of--way agreement with St. Jude Medical that will allow them <br />AGREEMENT- to connect their two Little Canada facilities with fiber optic cable. <br />ST. JUDE The cable will be run within the City's rights-of--way as well as under <br />MEDICAL Highway 36. The Director reported that St. Jude will have a company that <br />will respond to Gopher One locates for this cable. <br />Anderson recommended a wording change on page 3, paragraph (c) of the <br />agreement to ensure that that cable is an underground location only. He <br />also recommended a change in paragraph (f) that requires St Jude to <br />"designate" a person to be familiar with the facilities and responsible for <br />satisfying information needs. <br />Anderson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOI.
