MINUTES CITY COUNCIL NOVEMBER 26, 2003 ENTERING INTO A DEVEL OPMENT AGREEMENT AMENDMENT WITH TFIE CITY The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Anderson. Ayes (5) LaValle, Anderson, Blesener, Montour, Fahey. Nays (0). Resolution declat~ed adopted. The City Administrator reported that changes in the tax law have impacted the tax increment guarantees for this property. To make the project work, the first site was sold to Mr. Biagini for $1 and it will be necessary to sell the second site for the same amount. The Administrator indicated that the Development Agreement will be structured to address these impacts. TIF guarantees should remain essentially the same. CONTROL CONTRACT FOR 2004 AND A UTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITYADMINLSTRATOR TO EXECUTE THE CONTRACT ON 73EFIALF OF TILE CITY; *APPROVAI OE 2003 AUDIT CONTRACT AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITYADMINISTRATOR TO EXECUTE THE CONTRACT ON BEHALF OF TILE CITY; The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. TITLE The City Administrator reported that Briggs & Morgan has informed him CORRECTIONS- that some actions aye necessary to transfer appropriate title to The Village THE VILLAGE commercial sites. The Administrator reviewed these actions as outlined in AT LITTLE his memo dated November 21, 2003.
