The daily operations of the company are very quiet and unobtrusive to the <br />surrotmding conununity. Our crews arrive at the shop at 7:00 A.M.; they receive the <br />work detail for the day, exchange paperwork with the office and stock the vans. All <br />crews are in-route to the jobsites by 8:00 A.M., leaving only the office persoimel at the <br />shop for the remainder of the day (cun-entiy two people). The crews do not return to the <br />shop at the end of the work day, and the vans are not stored at the shop. Crew leaders are <br />permitted to take the vans home, so when the work day is complete everyone goes home <br />fironr the jobsite. The shop is kept extremely clean and neat, I invite you to come and see <br />for yourself at our eun-ent location. The refuse created by the shop is minimal, and <br />brought to the dumpsters at the jobsites. This allows us to operate the shop without a <br />refuse container at the exterior of the building. Material is ordered in large quantities so <br />that only two or three deliveries are needed per week Other than the occasional sales <br />rep. stopping by, this is the extent of our average daily activity. <br />Maverick Electric is currently located at I90 Ryau Drive, Suite A in the City of <br />Little Canada. This location is leased to us by Stockness Constuction. As we approach <br />the end of our lease teen we feel it is time to look for a property of our own. We would <br />tike the opporhmity to become amore permanent member of the community, and to <br />receive the benefits and pride that would come from owning our property. We have <br />Looked into purchasing other properties in the area, including the property we are <br />currently leasing, but have formd nothing available that wotdd suit our needs. <br />I am interested in purchasing the property located at 75 East Little Canada Road <br />for the purpose of conducting business as Maverick Electric, Incorporated. I am hereby <br />applying for a P.U.D. zoning approval for this purpose. I believe that Maverick Electric <br />would be an outstanding choice for use of this property because of our ability to operate <br />without being intrusive to the surrounding residents. I am counnitted to making both <br />immediate and ongoing improvements to the property, and welcome any suggestions the <br />neighboring residents may have. I want to be just as proud of the building as I am of the <br />company - and I am very proud of the company. I appreciate the time you have taken to <br />read this letter.
