MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />MAY 8, 2003 <br />I{eis pointed out that he saw no hardship to warrant the granting of a <br />variance. While he agreed that Rice Street is busy, he also noted that the <br />applicant could put a fence in front of the house without the need for a <br />variance. Duray also agreed that there was no hardship present. <br />Duray recommended denial of the Variance allowing encroachment of a <br />fence into t9~e front yard area at 3020 Rice Street based on the fact that <br />there is no hardship present. <br />Motion seconded by Roycraft. <br />Motion carried 7 - 0. <br />PRELIMINARY The Commission reviewed the proposed Preliminary and Final Plat <br />& FINAL FLAT fa' the Market Place 3"~ Addition.
