The City is currently investigating the possibility of providing the entire Twin Lake area <br />with storm sewer, therefore it may be possible to eliminate the on-site Storm water pond. <br />If the development is required to have its own pond, we questions the current location <br />shown due to the proximity to the proposed homes and limited access to the lake that <br />would result on lot 6. We will provide more information on the City's progress when it is <br />available. <br />9. If a storm water pond is necessary an Emergency Overflow (EOF) Swale should be <br />shown for the pond. <br />10.
