Honorable Chairman and Planning Commission
June 5, 2003
Page 3
7. The catch basins located within the existing Mn/DOT drainage easement should be
moved outside of the existing easement.
8. The rim and invert elevations for STM CB-14 and STM CB-14A do not appear
correct and must be revised.
9. All watermain should be wrapped per City specification to help prevent against
corrosion.
10. As previously requested, the watermain should be looped through the entire
development. This will require the watermain be run along the south lot line of the
proposed lot 15 to the east edge of the development and then proceed south to the
existing stub at Viking Drive.
11. The "Connect to Existing Watermain" note on McMenemy Street should be moved
onto the plan set so the entire note is legible.
These are our comments based on the review of the resubmitted documents. All items
listed above should be addressed and drainage calculations received and reviewed prior
to final approval by the City. If you have any questions regarding these comments
please feel free to call.
Sincerely,
Howard R.
