There would <br />not appear to be any functional planning and zoning issues related to this change, with <br />the understanding that during those hours, there would be few, if any other users of the <br />shopping center. The primary impact on the neighborhood may be related to activity <br />around the property and parking lot and issues related to the neighboring residential <br />uses. The applicant states that they have had no problems in the past, and that they <br />would continue to observe curfews and other applicable regulations.
