MINUTES OF TIDE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />AUGUST 14, 2003 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Planning <br />Commission of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 14th day of <br />August, 2003 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Acting Chair Tom Duray called the meeting to order at 7:40 p.m. and <br />the following members of the Planning Commission were present at roll <br />call: <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />ABSENT: <br />ALSO PRESENT; <br />Mr. Scott Barraclough (7:45 p.m.) <br />Mr. Tom Duray <br />Ms. Kathy Weihe <br />Mr. Tom Wojcik <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Dan Knudsen <br />Mr. Tom Roycraft <br />Mr. Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Mr. Jeremy Brodin, Cable TV Prod. <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer, Deputy Clerk <br />QUORUM It was noted that the Planning Commission does not have a quorum. The <br />consensus was for the Planning Commission members present to consider <br />the agenda items and pass on informal recommendations to the City <br />Council. <br />AMENDMENT The City Planner reported that Craftsman Construction has made <br />TO PUD FOR application for an Amendment to the PUD for The Villa's townhome <br />SALES development to install a temporary sales trailer at the development site. <br />TRAILER - This trailer would be utilized until the first townhome unit can be <br />THE VILLA'S constructed and then utilized as a model. Anticipated hours of operation <br />would be Mondays through Wednesdays from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. and <br />Saturdays and Sundays from 12 Noon to 5 p.m. <br />Mary During, Sales Manager for Craftsman Construction, anticipated that <br />the sales trailer would be utilized for about six months. <br />Wojcik recommended approval of the Amendment to PUD to allow a <br />sales trail on the site of The Villas townhome development subject to <br />
