Pechmann indicated that they may want to construct a <br />small shed for storage of pool equipment and chemicals. <br />The City Pianner indicated that the Code allows by right a shed up to 120 <br />square feet in size as well as a recreational accessory building up to 160 <br />squu~e feet in size. <br />Keis asked if the existing detached garage would be sided to match the <br />new house. Pechmann replied that it would. <br />Ray Ha~ison, LaBore Road, informed the Commission that he was in <br />support of the CUP requested by the Pechmami's. <br />There was no one else present from the general public wishing to <br />comment on this matter. <br />Barraclough recommended approval of a Conditional Use Permit allowing <br />both an attached and a detached garage as well as total garage space of <br />approximately 1,200 square feet for 735 Keller Parkway as requested by <br />Cha<~les and Anue Pechmann. <br />Motion seconded by Wojcik. <br />Motion cat~ried 6 - 0. <br />ADJOURN Wojcik moved to adjourn. <br />Motion seconded by Weihe. <br />Motion carried 6 - 0. <br />There being no further business, the meeting was adjowned at 5:15 p.m. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Kathy Glau er <br />Deputy C1 rk <br />-2- <br />
