Chair and Planning Commission
November 6, 2003
Page Two
3. It appears the middle driveway and north driveway drains back into the site. It may be
beneficial to install a valley gutter along Country Drive to prevent street drainage from
entering the lot.
4. Top and bottom wall elevations should be shown for the retaining wall on the north side of
the property.
General Comments
1. It may be beneficial to provide a door from the garage directly outside by one of the two
garage doors.
2. No sanitary sewer or watermain utility plans were provide in the submittal for review. Both
should be received prior to final approval.
3. No storm sewer calculations were submitted, and no pipe sizes or grades were shown on
any of the plan sheets for verification of the storm sewer system design. Both should be
received prior to final approval.
If you have any questions regarding these comments, please feel free to call.
Sincerely,
Howard R.
