• Page 2 <br />December 27. 2001 <br />Here is where the situation stands: The City Council approved a Conditional Use Permit for a <br />22'X25' garage (550sf) at their August 22 meeting. I was unable to attend this meeting due to <br />complications from hip surgery. Not only is this garage way too small but would require frost <br />footings that add several thousand dollars to the cost. <br />We would Tike to revisit the matter, amending the CUP in such a fashion so as to allow to us to <br />build a larger garage that is economically feasible and aesthetically consistent with the <br />neighborhood. On the last point, I have assembled several photographs shoving other accessory <br />buildings in the area that have a far higher building to lot ratio than what we are contemplating. <br />We would deeply appreciate your consideration and review of these circumstances. We are sure <br />that there must be a mutually satisfactory solution that can be achieved v/ith your help. We thank <br />you in advance and look forward to working with you.
