7. The provisions of Section 921.010, C of this <br />Ordinance are considered and satisfactorily met. <br />C. Retail commercial activities provided that: <br />1. Merchandise is sold at retail. <br />2. The retail activity is located within a structure <br />whose principal use is not commercial sales. <br />3. The retail activity shall not occupy more than <br />fifteen (15) percent of the gross floor area of the <br />building. <br />4. The retail activity is not located within a <br />structure whose principal use is residential. <br />5. No directly or indirectly illuminated sign or sign <br />in excess of ten (l0) square feet identifying the <br />name of the business shall be visible from the <br />outside of the building. <br />6. No signs or posters of any type advertising <br />products for sale shall be visible from the outside <br />of the building. <br />D. Multiple family dwellings containing four (4) or less <br />dwelling units, provided that: <br />1. The provisions of Section 921.010, C are considered <br />and satisfactorily met. <br />E. Buildings combining residential and non-residential uses <br />allowed in this District, provided that: <br />1. The residential and non-residential uses shall not <br />conflict in any manner. <br />2. The residential building standards as required by <br />this District are met. <br />3. The provisions of Section 921.010, C of this <br />Ordinance are considered and satisfactorily met. <br />F. Nursing homes and similar group housing, but not <br />including hospitals, sanitariums or similar institutions, <br />provided that: <br />1. Side yards are double the minimum requirements <br />established for this District and are screened in <br />compliance with Section 903.020, G of this <br />Ordinance. <br />909-2 <br />
