compliance with Section 903.060 of the Zoning Code. <br />5. Vehicular entrances to parking or service areas <br />shall create a minimum of conflict with through <br />traffic movement. <br />6. When the rental hall abuts a residential zoning <br />district, a fence shall be required along the <br />common property line, in compliance with Section <br />903.020, F of the Zoning Code. <br />7. When the rental hall abuts a residential zoning <br />district, a buffer area shall be required with <br />screening and landscaping, in compliance with <br />Section 903.020, G of the Zoning Code. <br />8. It shall be permissible to serve food and meals on <br />such premises provided that the structure shall be <br />in compliance with State regulations and the State <br />Building Code. <br />9. The serving of alcoholic beverages on the premises <br />shall comply with State and Municipal Law. <br />10. For events where alcoholic beverages are served, <br />the hall shall employ the services of an off-duty <br />police officer for supervision. <br />909.050. LOT REQUIREMENTS AND SETBACXS.
