File No.: 02-58 <br />Dear Mr. Von Riedel, <br />Please be advised that Williams is in receipt of your request for the above development. <br />If Williams is to consent to the proposed Encroachments within it's existing easement, it <br />will need to do so through anEncroachment /Reimbursement Agreement. Our <br />Engineering and Operations personnel will have to make a determination as to whether or <br />not they can conditionally consent to the proposed encroachments within the easement. <br />To begin the review process we require a deposit in the amount of $3500.00 and a signed <br />copy of this letter needs to accompany your plans being sent to our Engineers. <br />In order to make a full impact determination of the effect of the proposal, Williams will <br />require the following: <br />/ Comprehensive blasting plan meeting the requirements of Williams' Damage <br />Prevention Plan for Blasting near Williams' facilities (if blasting is anticipated). <br />/ Three copies of a plan view showing existing grade elevations and proposed final <br />elevations. <br />/ Three copies of comprehensive utility plans, existing and proposed, showing both <br />underground and overhead utilities. <br />/ Three copies of profiles showing any location where util,tylpipeline crossing are <br />being proposed. <br />/ Three copies of plans for proposed roads and other structures. Plan view drawing <br />should show the location of Williams' facilities, all planned structures or <br />improvements, property lines and any existing structures or improvements. <br />-30- <br />
