Williams will need to know who will be the responsible party as to the costs of performing this evaluation, site visits and inspections and, if necessary, in preparing, negotiating and recording of an agreement. To avoid any delays with our engineering review and possible preparation of the agreement for this project, Williams requires Dayspring Development, LLC and /or the current landowner agree to reimburse Williams for all expenses and charges related to the engineering review, site visits for construction inspection, and the preparation and negotiation of an agreement for the possible adjustments of our facility. These expenses and charges will include, but are not limited to, labor costs associated with preliminary engineering, document preparation, labor and assorted charges related to the negotiation of the agreement, legal review and expenses, drafting work, costs of document recordation, outside survey work, travel expenses and labor costs associated with site visits, if any miscellaneous expenses, overhead and taxes.
