MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />DECEMBER 16, 2015 <br />noted that with the remaining protections in the development agreement, <br />the fact that values on the houses completed and sold to -date have more <br />than exceeded the city's requirements, and the developer's track record in <br />dealing with the city, the impact of this amendment poses no risk to the <br />city. <br />Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2015-12-235 —APPROVING AN AMENDMENT <br />TO THE PINE TREE PONDS DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT TO <br />REMOVE THE REQUIREMENT THAT ALL NEW HOMES BE <br />UNDER CONSTR UCTION BY DECEMBER 31, 2015. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />JANUARY Montour requested that the January 13, 2016 City Council meeting be <br />MEETING DATE moved to Monday, January 11, 2016 if there was a consensus. <br />CHANGE <br />Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2015-12-236—APPROVAL TO CHANGE THE <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING FROM WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 13, <br />2016 TO MONDAY, JANUARY 11, 2016. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Torkelson. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />2016 The City Administrator stated that the neighborhood meetings for the <br />IMPROVEMENTS proposed 2016 Street & Utility Improvements would be held Thursday, <br />December 17, 2015. These improvements include the following: <br />o Demont Avenue (from McMenemy Street to Savage Lane) <br />— Full depth reclamation; <br />o Morrison Street (from Demont Avenue to the south end) — <br />Mill and overlay; <br />o Aspen Circle — Mill and overlay; <br />o All areas will also include curb and gutter repairs. <br />The Administrator noted that, if after the neighborhood meeting, any of <br />the projects is not recommended to proceed, it will be deleted from the <br />10 <br />
