MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />DECEMBER 16, 2015 <br />Fischer introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTIONNO. 2015-12-230 — APPROVING THE 2016 BONDED <br />INDEBTEDNESS TAX LEVY REDUCTIONS AS RECOMMENDED <br />BY CITY STAFF WHICH RESULT IN NO BONDED <br />INDEBTEDNESS TAX LEVY FOR G. 0. BONDS 2008A AND G. 0. <br />BONDS 2014A <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />The City Administrator noted that recommended 2016 salary increases for <br />City staff are for 2.5% increases for all staff members, except for a few <br />jobs that had specific modifications. <br />Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2015-12-231— RATIFYING 2016 SALARIES AS <br />PRESENTED BY THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR AND AS <br />DISCUSSED AT THE DECEMBER 16, 2015 COUNCIL WORKSHOP <br />MEETING AS PART OF THE CITY ADMINISTRA TOR'S <br />PERFORMANCE REVIEW <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Fischer. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0).
