Resolution declared adopted. <br />FALSE ALARM The Administrator stated that True Chiropractic owned by Dr. Jason Wing <br />FEES APPEAL — Louie, 2860 Middle Street, is a new business in the city. While <br />TRUE remodeling was occurring in the building, there were several false alarms <br />CHIROPRACTIC- Which resulted in $100 in fines per the alarm system ordinance. Dr. Louie <br />DR. JASON is appealing the fines because of the unusual issues he had in regards to <br />WING LOUIE dealing with the alarm system on the building. The Administrator stated <br />that he has initially denied the appeal given that it did not meet the <br />exemptions as stated in the ordinance, but suggested that Dr. Louie could <br />appeal the charges to the Council. <br />Dr. Jason Louie, owner of True Chiropractic, stated that when the alarm <br />system was initially installed in 2004, the fire and burglar alarms were <br />connected and that is not what is done now, which was part of the <br />problem. His system is connected to five other systems in the building so <br />7 <br />
