MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JANUARY 27, 2016 <br />The City Administrator recommended approving the 2016 fire department <br />contract as presented. <br />Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2016-1-26 —APPROVING THE 2016 FIRE <br />DEPARTMENT CONTRACT FOR JANUARY 1— DECEMBER 31, <br />2016 AS PRESENTED BY THE CITYADMINISTRA TOR AND <br />AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY ADMINISTRATOR TO <br />EXECUTE ON BEHALF OF THE CITY. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Fischer. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />2016 GOAL The City Administrator stated that Marl-, Nagel has agreed to facilitate this <br />SETTING year's goal setting session, and that the Council has suggested doing it on <br />SESSION Monday, February 29, 2016. He noted that staff has not received <br />confirmation from Mr. Nagel for that date, so the Council could <br />tentatively set this date, and staff can reschedule if needed. The City <br />Administrator stated this session should take about three to four hours. <br />Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTIONNO. 2016-1-27 —APPROVING A 2016 GOAL <br />SETTING SESSION TENTATIVELY FOR MONDAY, FEBRUARY <br />29, 2016 OR ANOTHER DATE SELECTED BY STAFF. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CHANGE <br />The City Administrator stated that Council Member McGraw requested <br />FEBRUARY 24 <br />that the February 24, 20 t 6 City Council meeting be rescheduled to <br />COUNCIL <br />Monday, February 22, 2016. The Council agreed to reschedule the <br />MEETING <br />meeting. <br />DATE <br />Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2016-1-28 —APPROVAL TO RESCHEDULE THE <br />FEBRUARY24, 2016 CITY COUNCIL MEETING TO MONDAY, <br />FEBRUARY22, 2016. <br />El <br />
