MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JANUARY 27, 2016 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />PUBLIC <br />The City Administrator explained that the Council had approved payment <br />WORKS <br />tonight on the consent agenda for the public works facility, but that Jame <br />FACILITY <br />Steele Construction, Inc. discovered invoices from October that hadn't <br />CONTRACTOR <br />been received. He noted city staff confirmed these invoices had not been <br />PAYMENT <br />paid. The City Administrator recommended approving the additional <br />October invoices for the public works facility. <br />Fischer introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTIONNO. 2016-1-29— APPROVING THE PAYMENT OF <br />OCTOBER INVOICES FOR THE PUBLIC WORKS FACILITY <br />CONSTRUCTION TOTALLING $11,577.15 TO FOUR <br />CONTRACTORS. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CITY HALL The City Administrator stated that as part of the city hall remodel, it was <br />PANIC suggested that panic buttons be installed. He noted that a quote was <br />HARDWARE received from our existing security company for two panic buttons and <br />QUOTE two wireless fobs. McGraw asked if the system could be expanded with <br />more fobs if needed. The City Administrator stated that will need to be <br />verified with the security company. He noted that we will be receiving a <br />bid also to install electronic fob pads for city hall instead of using keys. <br />McGraw introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2016-1-30 —ACCEPTING THE BID AS <br />PRESENTED BY THE CITYADMINISTRA TOR FROM SENTRY <br />SYSTEMS, INC. FOR PANIC ALARM HARD WARE AT CITY HAL, <br />SUBJECT TO THE FOBS BEING COMPATIBLE WITHA DOOR <br />FOB SYSTEM. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />5 <br />
