MINUTES <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />MARCH 23, 2016 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 23rd day of <br />March, 2016 in the Council Chambers of the City -Center -located at 51-5 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor John Keis called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />City Administrator <br />City Clerk <br />City Planner <br />Cable TV Producer <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Tom Fischer <br />Mr. Mike McGraw <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />Mr. Christian Torkelson <br />Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />Ms. Heidi Heller <br />Mr. Steve Grittman <br />Mr. Kevin Helander <br />Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTIONNO. 2016-3-59 —APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE MARCH 9, 2016 WORKSHOP COUNCIL MEETING AND THE <br />MARCH 9, 2016 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AS SUBMITTED. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Fischer. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution adopted. <br />PUBLIC <br />Mayor Keis opened the Public Hearing to consider a request for a <br />HEARING — <br />subdivision of 2600 Spruce Street. <br />SUBDIVISION OF <br />2600 SPRUCE <br />The City Planner reported that Kevin Tramm Construction has submitted <br />STREET (KEVIN <br />an application to subdivide the property at 2600 Spruce Street into two <br />TRAMM <br />single family parcels.
