We do not feel that adjustments are necessary to the general <br />agreement, but I did want to provide you a summary of the fees for 2016. The original <br />2004 rates included in the agreement are noted below. The agreement also provided for <br />automatic rate increases and the maximum rate allowed by the contract is also provided <br />for comparison purposes.
