Provide new cabinets, <br />countertops, appliances and plumbing fixtures. Provide new dining room furniture. Provide new <br />flooring and touch up paint. <br />Hard Costs: $ 40,000 <br />Soft Costs: $ 8,000 <br />Project Contingency: $ 4,800 <br />TOTAL: $ 52,800 <br /> <br />Phase 2: Apparatus Door Replacement and other Improvements <br />Remove four existing apparatus doors and operators and replace with new doors and operators <br />with significantly more glass. Install new door controls system compliant with UL 325. Restart <br />apparatus exhaust system and expand control systems if necessary. Install power washer system and <br />pedal operated hand sink near current rear apparatus door. Install curtain or half-height wall to limit <br />splashing from wash area to the remainder of the apparatus bay. Demolish existing and provide new <br />turnout lockers. Replace 5’ concrete aprons at front and rear of apparatus bays with new concrete <br />aprons with electric mat in-slab heat.
