Construct shaft and pit for <br />limited-use, limit-application elevator system and second floor exterior walls surrounding the shaft. <br />Build new interior walls, doors, ceilings, lighting, and flooring, and provide furniture for each new <br />space. Provide new HVAC for this part of the building. Provide upgraded light fixtures and HVAC for this part of the building. Build new wall <br />separating training from old conference room and install casework coffee bar. Provide new flooring <br />and ceiling in enlarged space. Provide new tables, chairs, and lectern.
