Replace ceilings, window treatments, etc. in new dorm rooms. <br />Provide new beds, wardrobes, and nightstands. Selectively remove walls and ceilings at existing <br />restrooms and locker rooms. Demolish all toilets, urinals, showerheads, and lavatory faucets and <br />salvage remaining plumbing. Construct new walls and ceilings and run plumbing and electrical to new <br />locations. Provide new plumbing fixtures and tie into existing sanitary sewer. Provide new wood <br />doors, hollow metal frames, hardware, and signage. Finish out new restrooms and locker area with <br />porcelain tile and new toilet accessories Provide porcelain tile floors and walls throughout locker and <br />shower area. Provide upgraded light fixtures and HVAC for this part of the building. Provide new generator <br />annunciator panel.
