MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />JULY 13, 2016 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 13th day of July, <br />2016 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little <br />Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor John Keis called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Mr. John Keis <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />City Administrator <br />Finance Director <br />City Clerk <br />Mr. Tom Fischer <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />Mr. Christian Torkelson <br />Mr. Mike McGraw <br />Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />Ms. Sharon Provos <br />Ms. Heidi Heller <br />MINUTES McGraw introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2016-7-114 — APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE JUNE 20, 2016 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AND JUNE <br />20, 2016 SPECIAL MEETING AS SUBMITTED. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution adopted. <br />ANNOUNCE- Keis read the proclamation declaring Tuesday, August 2, 2016 as Night to <br />MENTS Unite in Little Canada, in cooperation with the Ramsey County Sheriffs <br />Department. <br />McGraw congratulated Little Canada resident, Maggie Nichols, on her <br />recent competition attempt to be selected for the US Olympic Gymnastics <br />Team. <br />
