MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />JULY 27, 2016 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 27th day of July, <br />2016 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little <br />Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor John Keis called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Mr. John Keis <br />Council Member Mr. Tom Fischer <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />City Administrator <br />City Planner <br />Associate Planner <br />City Clerk <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />Mr. Christian Torkelson <br />Mr. Mike McGraw <br />Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />Mr. Al Brixius <br />Ms. Jessica Jagoe <br />Ms. Heidi Heller <br />MINUTES McGraw introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2016-7-122 —APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE JULY 13, 2016 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AND JULY 13, <br />2016 WORKSHOP AS SUBMITTED. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Fischer. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution adopted. <br />ANNOUNCE- Keis announced that this upcoming weekend is the annual Canadian Days <br />MENTS festival in Little Canada. He stated that it starts Friday night, July 29t" and <br />runs through Sunday, July 31St at Spooner Park. <br />Keis announced that Tuesday, August 2, 2016 is the annual Night to <br />Unite. He stated that neighbors are encouraged to hold block parties to <br />foster a sense of community. The City Administrator stated that residents <br />should still be able register their party with the Ramsey County Sheriff's <br />
