He stated that Sheriffs <br />Department staff will serve hot dogs, chips, water and popsicles free to <br />residents. He explained that the Sheriff s Department wants to meet <br />residents, and will have vehicles and equipment there to show residents. <br />PUBLIC HEARING Keis stated that applicant Neal Anderson, has requested the hearing again <br />— CONDITIONAL be postponed until the August 24, 2016 City Council meeting. Resolution declared adopted. <br />PUBLIC HEARING The Associate Planner reported that property owner, Bryan Davis, has <br />— CONDITIONAL <br />requested a conditional use permit to allow for a second, detached <br />USE PERMIT <br />accessory storage building on his property at 3115 Labore Road. She <br />TOALLOW A 2ND <br />stated that the property currently has a detached 576 square foot garage <br />DETACHED <br />and a 110 square foot shed. She noted that the applicant will be removing <br />ACCESSORY <br />the existing shed after the construction of a new, 192 square foot shed. <br />BUILDING AT 3115 <br />LABORE ROAD, The Associate Planner stated that a conditional use pennit is required <br />BRYAN DAVIS because the request is for a second, detached accessory building. She <br />explained that if the garage was attached and the total square footage for <br />accessory structures is less than 1,000 square feet, only administrative <br />review is required. She stated that accessory building coverage cannot <br />exceed 25% of the rear yard, and must be setback at least ten feet from <br />side and rear property lines. She stated that the proposed shed will meet <br />the zoning requirements.
