MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />AUGUST 10, 2016 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 10th day of <br />August, 2016 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Acting Mayor Rick Montour called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and <br />the following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: <br />ABSENT: <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Mayor <br />City Administrator <br />City Clerk <br />Mr. Tom Fischer <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />Mr. Christian Torkelson <br />Mr. Mike McGraw <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />Ms. Heidi Heller <br />MINUTES McGraw introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2016-8-129 — APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE JULY 27, 2016 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AND JULY 27, <br />2016 WORKSHOP AS SUBMITTED. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Fischer. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution adopted. <br />ANNOUNCE- Montour thanked the committee, Little Canada Fire Department, City <br />MENTS Staff and everyone who organized and volunteered for Canadian Days at <br />Spooner Park. He stated it was another very successful event. He noted a <br />special thanks to City Staff Lisa Krieger for doing a great job organizing <br />the 5k race again this year <br />Montour thanked all of the block captains and residents who participated <br />in the annual Nite to Unite on August 2"d. He stated that the City Council <br />and City Administrator attended the parties in Little Canada and noted all <br />
